Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This website and its services are operated by Premium Parking, LLC ("Premium Parking," "we," "us," or "our"), a parking-management company that contracts with property owners and operators to provide parking spot rental, enforcement and citation processing, and valet services. "You" means anyone who uses this site or pays a charge through it.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

3. Parking citations and charges

Citations are issued for parking that violates the posted rules of a property we manage (for example, parking without payment, overstaying a paid period, or parking in a restricted bay). Every citation we issue is documented, itemized, and tied to a specific property.

• The amount shown at payment is the amount owed, including any late fee that has accrued under the posted terms. We do not add undisclosed charges.
• Paying a citation is an acknowledgment of the charge for that event. It is not an admission of liability for any other matter and does not waive your right to dispute (see Section 5).
• We are not a court or government agency. Our citations are contractual charges arising from the parking rules posted at the property, not government-issued tickets, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Valet services

Where we provide valet services, charges are presented before or at the time of payment. Premium Parking maintains commercial insurance for valet operations. Our liability for loss or damage is limited as described in Section 8 and by any additional terms posted at the valet stand.

5. Disputes and refunds

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact disputes@parkingpremium.co within 30 days of the charge with the citation or transaction reference. We will review the supporting documentation (including any photographs) and respond. If a charge was issued in error, we will refund it in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number; card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. By paying, you authorize the charge shown and agree to Stripe's processing of your payment. You are responsible for any charges resulting from inaccurate information you provide (for example, an incorrect citation reference).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorized access, no interfering with its operation, no submitting fraudulent payment information, and no using it to harass our staff or the businesses we serve. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Parking's total liability arising out of or relating to the site or a single transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the relevant property is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
