Privacy Policy

Plain-language summary. We collect only what we need to process your payment and run the parking services we're contracted for. We don't sell your personal information. Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted (TLS) connection and is subject to Stripe's privacy practices. We do not have access to, and do not store, your full card number or security code. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

We keep transaction and dispute records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and to keep payments secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
