Plain-language summary. We collect only what we need to process your payment and run the parking services we're contracted for. We don't sell your personal information. Card details go straight to our payment processor, Stripe — we never store your full card number.

This policy explains what information Premium Parking, LLC ("we," "us") collects through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to drivers who pay charges and to businesses that inquire about partnering with us.
2. Information we collect
- Payment information. When you pay a citation or valet charge, you provide card details and billing information. These are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited metadata (such as the last four digits, transaction amount, and status) — not your full card number.
- Charge references. A citation number, license plate, or reservation reference you enter so we can match a payment to the correct charge.
- Contact information. Your email or phone number if you contact support, file a dispute, or submit a partnership inquiry.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used to keep the site secure and operational.
3. How we use information
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To match a payment to the correct citation, valet charge, or reservation.
- To investigate and resolve disputes and refund requests.
- To respond to support and partnership inquiries.
- To detect and prevent fraud and to secure the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and our agreements with the properties we manage.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted (TLS) connection and is subject to Stripe's privacy practices. We do not have access to, and do not store, your full card number or security code. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the service:
- With Stripe, to process payments.
- With the property owner or operator whose lot a charge relates to, where required to reconcile or substantiate that charge.
- With service providers who help us run the site under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Premium Parking, our partners, or the public.
6. Data retention
We keep transaction and dispute records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@parkingpremium.co. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and to keep payments secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable processors to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
